Orders are generally fulfilled within 2–3 business days and ship via USPS or UPS. A flat rate shipping fee of $8.00 applies to Standard orders under $70.00.

Optional: We do not currently ship outside of the United States.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. As skincare items, all sales are final for hygiene and safety reasons.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us as soon as possible at support@gloweskn.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We review these on a case-by-case basis and will work toward a satisfactory solution.
